Maybe the place is so messed up that it will take a while to get this decaying business to turn around. Who knows.

I don't pretend to know the answers. But I know that the SP should be somewhere between 12c and 30c. I prefer to err on the side of caution.

Share price in the short term doesn't have to be correlated to anything really. Whether they have the best management or the worst management in control, may or may not reflect on SP in the short term
