re: Ann: Appointment of New Chief Financial O... I doubt there is any connection there. Many other companies are lodging their Trading Policy ATM, as the deadline for this is approaching fast. New rule has been added to ASX listing rules effective early 201l. It requires listed companies to formulate policy re employees and related parties trading in company shares and make it public by lodging the policy with ASX. I just noticed a notification lodged by another company I have shares in.
