One possible reading of the situation is that Andrew Just was appointed to clean up from a decade of acquisitions; that is a hard gig, he may have made a few "un-friends" and his departure indicates the blood-letting is done.
To be fair about Stephen Munday he left due to illness. He would seem to have been very highly regarded and his rehire may just be opportunistic.
