I see it as a big positive.
1. Raise done at a premium unlike previous raises and it is a strategic invsstment not just random capital raise.
2. The options are only due if they generate sales with minimum profit targets..within a 12month period
3. The exercising price for the options are more than double now.. at 0.05c .so if they want to exercise that means share price has gone up considerably and also we get $1.5m

all round happy with the raise.. if they hit all targets..we will have excess of 50m sales revenue within nexy 12months..
