For me it is a simple question. Why was he brought on board? Mr Tse answers the question very succinctly with the following statement.

"His strong track record in managing complex transactions and joint venture relationships, as well as leading legal and project teams across multiple markets"

I for one am going to read much into this statement. Anthony loves to throw an Easter Egg or two into GXY announcements. Anthony could have chosen many points. He chose these.
