At this stage it seems difficult to see how GK would have any sort of on going relationship with the company, apart from as a shareholder. He hasn't remained as a director, there was no wind down or handover period, he was out the door pronto. He was close with Heaton & Brown, who seemingly remain, so this seems like some form of dispute, not a managed parting with friendly arrangements being made.
