Just looking at the Chairmans report at the Polynovo AGM. PNV is a $1.45B co in the medical area.
    Quoting the Chairman, David Williams
"At this AGM we are asking to increase the pool size for Director remuneration from $400,000. A recent study published by the ACSI showed the average pool size for ASX 200 companies was $1m and for ASX 300 companies $750,000. Our proposal for $600,000 is below these averages. Putting aside the averages, there are two reasons for the increase. Until now Directors fees have been very modest to reflect the low capitalisation of the business and to mirror the limited financial resources of the company. The Director fees at present are $56,776 pa against the average of $130,305 for ASX 200 companies published in the ACSI study."

What a contrast to this mob, who now appear to be running with 6 directors, loss making every year, tinpot market cap of $40M or so and then wanting to shareholders dish "performance rights" out to them at the AGM.

May I humbly implore shareholders to vote at the AGM
    AGAINST the Remumeration Report and
AGAINST issuing Performance Rights to the BOD.
