For the last 2 years the share price has gone from a high of $4.79 to now $2.05 that's a whopping 57% drop under the current management. It's not like it's a commodities company which depends on the price of oil or iron ore. The price of poker machines hasn't dropped in fact I'd say it has gone up and they've also had the help of a lower Aussie dollar. So there really can't be any excuses for such poor performance.

If I was Len I'd go for a wholesale restructure to sweep out the dead wood and bring in new management.
