I think the share price is fair considering the present and future outlook.

Although why would they need a CR? Their debt levels are extremely low and they are still profitable, the ann stated that PBT will be around the same as last year, $6.5 million, although now that they will have to pay tax this should be around $4.5 million. Also, all of our long term contracts are in place.

That said I have called the company's prospects and future disastrously in the past so my opinion is not worth much.
