Hi Harpo, Yes I am sorry to say I have to agree with Diamo - game over for Mario and Respiri, at least with him "in the chair"!
I should give him a call or email - I know of another global opportunity in this field that could be a multi billion $ business, would be absolutely perfect for him, and probably worth a lot more to him than Respiri.
