RandallFlagg, I agree. IMO Mario has lots of relevant experience and globally, in fact, he would undoubtedly be valuable to at least stay on board to help advise the company in a field in which he has 30 years experience. also maybe even get reinstated as CEO.
what relevant experience does the interim CEO have?? isn't he the company secretary ??
Mario could at least keep company going to help raise capital and help transition a new CEO
