    Your last point is incorrect. The current acquisition agreement does not include Mbalam. it only covers Nabeba-Congo. The delay in Mbalam convention extension should not be used as an excuse for not obtaining China NDRC Shanghai approval. Without China NDRC Shanghai approval, WAPRC can not remit $100 million from China to ANS Australia.
