RESIGNATION NOTICE
Redivium Limited (ASX:RIL) (Redivium or the Company) advises
Managing Director (MD), Mr Brett Salt, has provided the Company with 3 month’s notice and will step down from his role on 22 July 2024. In the meantime, Mr Salt will continue his current role and assist with the execution of the Company’s strategy.
Mr Salt is leaving the Company to take up a senior position outside of Redivium.
Redivium Chairman, Mr Jonathan Murray commented:
“On behalf of our stakeholders, I would like to thank Brett for his contribution to Redivium and
we wish him the very best in all future endeavours.”
The Company will keep the market informed in respect of any replacement director
appointment(s).
