Encouraging that they have lost no more contracts, and gained some more having lost two major accounting contracts earlier.
If they can at least stabilise all State operations and either exit or Improve on Chinese business then they can get back to profitability. They have decent margins on business, just need to organically grow the business.
Some risk of a capital raise, but maybe not likely if things turnaround soon. Topped up at these levels recently. Rock bottom in my view. DYOR
