In general most laterite cobalt resources are being rebranded as cobalt plays. Hence after the initial hype the market in general is trying identify the quality of the cake it's biting into. Further cobalt laterite vs oxide have different repercussions.
As with all hypes the ones that will have "real" potential will be rewarded, no different to the li and graphite. Plays before it.
