Yes, I did quickly look through the wording to see if it mentioned anything about Cobalt.. none that I could see. In particular because I saw the copper mentioned.
I did not read too much into this as the assay's need to come back to get a better idea of what cobalt can be confidently extracted. That was my read, anyway.
