"The Implementation Support & Follow-up Unit (ISFU) – a special task force of the Omani government mandated to fast-track approvals and permits for strategic projects and initiatives – is currently handholding investors and stakeholders behind as many as 10 mineral-related ventures in the achievement of their objectives.
Included in this list are projects for, among other things, the exploitation and commercialisation of underground copper reserves, investments in new copper-gold concentration and refining capacity, development of attapulgite resources, the overhaul of chromite licenses left idle by previous concession-holders, and capacity-building within the Public Authority for Mining (PAM)."

Underground copper and a new concentrator in Oman would mean Mawarid minings Ghuzayn project is coming back online and perhaps their old concentrator is being overhauled, or a new strategically located concentrator is being planned. This was expected to yield about 10Mt of massive sulphides.
FWIW, we have an existing MOU with Mawarid Mining. Their old Concentrator is located next door to OMCO's smelter. Omco are the company that popped up in that twitter tirade for failing to advance the Yanqul copper project, an 18Mt CuAu deposit that they are in an agreement with MDO to develop.
I have asked for further information from the new MD but he said that until they finalize which Offtake partner they are going with (on the basis of what advance they can negotiate) they are not in a position to discuss. Multiple offers are on the table.
