While not wishing to be too picky - I worked back from the information in Graeme Mutton's bio. That said he graduated in accountancy in 1968. I'd reckon that age 22 or 23 would be the youngest that you could be to get your qualification. Therefore, a y.o.b. at 1947 or 1946 or perhaps earlier. Maybe we could say he's mid 70's (at least). But I also think that we should be pretty well covered regarding the financial side of things. The Annual Report says that the company secretary, Justin Mouchacca is a Chartered Accountant who holds a Bachelor of Business majoring in accountancy. As company secretary he'd be attending board meetings and be able to give any professional advices that would be needed.
