I find many things you say out of portion cost wise. My last position in Australia a gent had a Tesla with LFP Battery and was commuting from Brisbane to Chinchilla for about $12.oo a full charge yet to do the 300 odd kilometers from where he resided in Brisbane to Chinchilla in a petrol driven car you couldn't do for anywhere near that sum in fuel. He would fill at the showgrounds where they would allow caravans so they charged him $10.00 or such to fill it up for the homeward journey. He would go home twice weekly being married to keep wife happy. He said he wouldn't do it if he had petrol engine due the 600 more kilometers round trip in his family Ford Falcon Wagon would cost $80.00 in fuel for the same kilometers.
I fear your group the hatred of anything non piston driven have overly exaggerated the costs in your weekly hate sessions of all things EVs.
I know its sad that one day piston engines all but a few will be laid to rest but hey so will we also.
