Quite like the look of these appointments. The company is screaming for more corporate capability, especially in light of the content rights stuff up, so adding experience in this area is a great step forward.
I'd also like to see a COO type role created and filled - someone who can compliment Nick's creativity and vision with some good old sensibility and pragmatism.
