Mr. Stephe Peter Wilks, BSc (Macq),LLB, LLM (Syd), serves as Principal of Wilks & Associates Communications Lawyers. Mr. Wilks has been a Non Executive Director of BluGlass Limited (ASX: BLG) since 24 May 2018. He served as the Chief Operating Officer of Personal Broadband Australia. He was instrumental in the ultimate acquisition of Personal Broadband by Commander Communications. He served as Consulting Director to NM Rothschild & Sons from 2003 to 2005 and served as its Chief Operating Officer of Nextgen Networks from 2002 to 2003. He founded XYZed and served as Managing Director of XYZed from 1998 to 2002, where he developed and managed Australia's first competitive broadband wholesaler, challenging Telstra's stranglehold on last mile access services and creating a valuable new network asset for parent company Optus. From 1998 to 2000, he served for Optus as Director of Regulatory and Public Affairs advising it on public affairs, regulatory and government issues during its initial public offering and early public operation. Mr. Wilks has over 25 years experience in the telecommunications industry. He is a recognized senior figure across major infrastructure build and operations roles, regulatory and public affairs, corporate finance and marketing and served as an Regional Director (Asia & Japan) – Regulatory Affairs with BT Asia Pacific from 1995 to 1998. He served for British Telecom. Mr. Wilks is a well-known figure in the telecommunications industry with extensive corporate finance, senior management and operational experience - particularly in the Australian broadband market - building on earlier work for telcos in Hong Kong, Australia and the Asia Pacific region generally. He has been Chairman at Interactive Pty Limited since November 19, 2015. He serves as Chairman of the Board at Interactive. He served as the Non Executive Chairman of EFTEL Limited since October 27, 2011 until June 2013. He served as Chairman of Service Stream Limited from April 2010 to November 1, 2010. He served as Acting Chairman of Service Stream Limited since April 2010. He served as the Chairman of the Board of Bulletproof Group Limited from January 21, 2014 to September 24, 2015. He served as the Chairman of the Board of Mooter Media Limited from November 8, 2007 to November 27, 2009. He has been Independent Non-Executive Director of DataDot Technology Limited since February 26, 2016. He has been an Independent Director of Eftel Pty Ltd since October 27, 2011. He also serves as Non-Executive Director of Sirion Global (part of the HeliosWire IoT satellite group). He serves as Non-Executive Director of Aggregato Limited, People Telecommunications Pty Ltd., and Boston Marks Limited. He serves as an Advisory Board Member of the Network Insight group and has active involvement at the Director level with a number of small private equity backed ventures. 2006 He served as Non Executive Director of TPC Consolidated Limited from April 2, 2007 to August 31, 2014.
