I would assume they would have to announce if he is sold shares however I would not be surprised if there is clauses in the contracts for him to in fact not be able to sell their shares within a certain time period of resigning.. Also it is worth keeping in mind his contract was ending and up for reelection.. that is a lot different to someone simply walking out. It was simply a case of taking the opportunity of the ending contract to pursue other business matters who knows maybe he's the latest Bitcoin billionaire hahaha
