We all know that we have the best resource; we just badly need the Board cleaned up (and quickly)!

This wasn't possible when Kabunga was in charge as he handpicked his own "private Board" from his very small list of associates who would do what he wanted.

This meant that instos/BEOT absolutely refused to support Lindian despite the Tier 1 resource and excellent feasibility study.

It also meant a likely breakdown in proper governance (like employing a close relative to do/monitor the books - hardly independent or arms length?).

I wonder how many more dubious activities will be found (like the shareholders on AKN and VRC have reported)?

Someone like Rob sounds ideal for what is needed right now. Kabunga is showing his true colours in still trying to stir up as much trouble as possible despite shareholders indicating their wishes in voting him off so convincingly.

If Rob can prove the rumoured malfeasance then shareholders could hopefully be rid of any trouble making for a long 'stretch' of time?

The fact that Rob has knocked back performance rights and incentives also makes his appointment very unusual given the past lifestyle/gravy train under Kabunga.

I'm sure that most shareholders would support the Board overhaul (except of course for AK - Alex and Kami)?

Rob, especially given the total nightmare that shareholders were forced to endure under Kabunga's reign, your presence now is like a very welcome Christmas gift. May the force be with you and hopefully Happy Christmas and New Year ito all.....
