My thought is many seem to think anyone can do sales but I think it is a whole skill set in itself to actually be able to face a potential client, generate the need within them for your product, and then get them to actually sign on the dotted line and commit. I am hoping that the new directors, while maybe having less involvement in the actual science than previous directors, may be very highly skilled in this sales area. I particularly remember the old adage that you need to believe in something yourself to really be able to sell it easily. I'm hoping particularly Mr Hayes with his Janssens experience and his apparent interest in our current tech is a true believer and this will help him where others struggled. Ms Unwin also has a million reasons to make this work as it would be massive boost on her cv, so hopefully they can both tag team a potential client into actually committing.
