They were hoping to partner out FFP/EET years ago and then internally fund the Phenomica spin out with a majority stake and oncology focus but no deals and Janssen walking out it sat idle for a while before they spun it out for a small percentage cut as Phoremost. Hopefully the deals come and they don't end up passing off IMYC for a few tokens.
