Nice appointment ahead of JPM - hopefully brings further connections at the right levels.
Akki - my understanding in the past has been that the appointments were via old connections of the previous management and might not always have been particularly strategic. I believe the more recent ones have been as a result of the advice and via connections of the external consulting firm that did the review late last year that resulted in the focus on the platform for near term commercial delivery. If I have my info correct one of them used to work for that consulting firm. If they are really in our camp and believe the value in the platform and have endorsed the focus on 6 data points in 6 months then this is definately leading to some sort of valuation inflection point this year. Perhaps AK's focus on the protection of executive packages may prove to have merit yet.
