How can a DFS be delayed for 6 months ? How can it only be "EXPECTED" then by June and not guaranteed for June ?? They keep the door open for another Delay ???? Mining licenses ..... after Farm buys ( 3? ) ohh sorry I forgot ..... DELAYED also !!!
