Name rings a bell at Chesser. He got involved in spilling old Board and increased the cash return to all shareholders from 0.0275 to 0.035. Would be well versed in board room blew as had a robust mentor at Allied Gold (Mark Caruso) who takes no prisoners. If he continues buying a few on mkt then its a buy signal as something is probably on the radar. He's only 1 out of 5 on Board so might take a little time to sharpen focus but unlikely to be over patient.
