We are where we are however because management haven't integrated Track as well as they could have. Considering Dom moved over there to ensure integration went smoothly, I want management to put up their hands at the AGM and accept they have not been successful with their integration to date.

That being said they won't be the first nor the last who experience issues when trying to integrate such a large business (relative to the original Crowd business). The market looks to be pricing a terminal decline of the subscription business which i don't think is the case and where the opportunity lies.

However for those who supported the 25C cap raise are sitting on a huge paper loss (me included), continuing to back and invest in the company even at these levels requires balls of steel.
