Recent drilling has proven that CXU has a great uranium resource and has a bright future. Every time we make a further discovery the value of CXU long term goes up. But up until now the 3 independent directors were all Chinese. This doesn't look good for the general market and needed to change. In addition now that there is a outside independent director I will feel more confident if I have to give the company further financial support.
For CXU to be successful we can't have people thinking the company is controlled by the Chinese Government even though it isn't. It all about the appearances.
