Yes I was wondering about the shares too. Someone's been strongly accumulating.
Also note the company summary clearly focussing on titanium / vanadium / hematite project. Is it a slight slippage in metallurgy to Jan? No big deal IMO if we can tick off this and financial modelling, pilot plant and resource upgrade early in new year.
