Notwithstanding the credentials of the new Director, this can’t be good. Why is Kendall moving on to pursue other opportunities so soon. This has obviously been in the works for a while to have an immediate replacement ready to step in. Is that an exit after 1 Board meeting??? This warrants some more detail. Was there a disagreement over strategy and direction? What does that say about due diligence process on both sides?
Wow, I’ve been sitting on the edge of my seat waiting for a positive commercial announcement and when an announcement comes it’s not even close to a positive commercial announcement.
