Excellent!
Graham has proven himself with his record of successes from his past and present positions. Although perhaps not overly surprising they have brought him on board, as Graham is already associated with ZNC due to its spin out from GIR back in the day, plus his associate with some board members.
Also extremely happy to note that his 8m shares means he holds almost 3% of the company. That means the board now holds over 13%.
I also like the frank and open announcement which admits that his skills were needed as ZNC continues to grow.
