The fact that he has a pre-existing relationship with SS is great (established trust, obviously he was vouched for, and higher chance of hitting the ground running).

Being located in NY gives us some more global exposure and potential links/relationships at a local level (SS in London and the new fella in New York).

And of course rekindling the old BECCA relationship. Purchasing 100k worth of shares on the way in.

It's hard to find anything negative about this acquisition imo.
