A great appointment but Tony won’t be involed on the day to day activities he will however be involved in the strategic planning. At this stage it’s imperative, I can’t stress that enough. But we also need a chairman/CEO to provide clear vision and lead by example. That will be the most important appointment but we are heading in the right direction. Good times ahead
