If the CEO had spent time in Tanzania rather than sitting in West Perth dispatching one of his executive team for flying visits PEK may have been half a chance of having the mining licence across the line.
But at least PEK may be able to leverage off the hard work of others. It would have been good to be at the front end of the process.
