Welllll.... she was most recently CEO at Mosh.us, which looked an incredible high risk/high reward business... that folded.

I don't condemn her for a failed business, seeing as she got it off the ground, got some support, some VC, and then couldn't compete with Facebook/Instagram/Twitter. She's not the only one.

She's an impressive person. I don't know about the right fit for the board, but gee, there are worse (and less diverse) appointments?
