I'm ok with more management support to allow Bahay to do his thing.. sounds like Stephen is well connected in several key areas PWN will need to for growth. Adding to the team will bring even more creditability, wasn't long ago their were posters talking about how many bdm's there were etc.. doesn't this free up Bahay to focus on his area of expertise.
