I'm a little bit wary of the Investment Banking emphasis. They've brought in a guy with a successful background in raising funds in this general area, someone who could use past success(and contacts) to amp up a CR. If PWN are of a mind to expand quickly, especially overseas, they're going to need more money and the options income might not be soon or certain enough.
I would hate to see a CR at these prices. Any significant income would see huge dilution.
