Anthony Eastman all the while playing puppet master in the background and receiving fees and salaries everywhere you look without one bit of the public scrutiny.
As for Layton..... well, that's another story altogether. I have some nice files about him and correspondence from him that gives an insight in to why he's been chosen by the MGC "Crew" and why he'll fit right in with their style. One snake replaced by a slightly younger snake.
