It's certainly looking that way. You may recall I have always been indifferent about whether Pharmaust took MPL to market, or the company was sold off so long as share holders received a good return. It now appears that the BOD are looking to establish themselves as a major player [MTs chats with the directors of Amyxle regarding their journey ring in my ears]
The other side of-course is that a future buy out, is far from extinguished. It simply means "whoever", will need to pay a lot more to bring Pharmaust under their control.
Ether way, things are looking promising.
