Another addition. So a bunch of new (experienced) board, new advisors/managers and formation of a scientific advisory board. To me it really appears as though they are setting up shop as if the phase 2 results are a sure thing. If you were not very very confident on the likely outcome of the phase 2, why would you ramp your team profile unnecessarily? It seems like we are building a pharma team, not a phase 2 small cap trial team.
Maybe confirmation bias. Anyone seen this in any other bios they invest in. Most I've seen don't really do this until after phase 2 at least.
