If you yourself re-read those January announcements, you will see that during that time PAA were still in communications with the FDA about their pre-IND meeting for the Phase 2/3 study. So whilst H1 2024 was their anticipated date at that stage, PAA were still finalising things with the FDA. So it was correct to have that date in their standard copy & paste paragraph at the end of all announcements - "About PharmAust Limited:". No skullduggery there.

That copy & paste paragraph did get updated on 14 Feb to H2 2024, and there was a nearly a 2-week delay in explaining that, but it was clearly explained on 27 Feb, putting beyond any doubt of when the Ph2/3 was to commence (well, for most reasonable people putting any doubt to bed anyway):


After this February announcement, there was a single instance, as you point out, on 14 March where a typo was made in the headline, and some buffoon typed H1 instead of H2, but of course the correct statement was still there in the very same announcement in the "About PharmAust Limited:" paragraph - "PAA anticipates starting an adaptive Phase 2/3clinical study in H2 CY 2024..."

And from then on there haven't been any more typos.
