Out of interest - is this an additional non-executive position on the EVN Board or is Ms Hick replacing another Board member? I am intrigued as to what unique or strategic skill set or experience she brings to the EVN Board - can anyone enlighten me as it appears her impact at FMG was underwhelming. I am not against fresh blood and new insights, but what is it that she is actually bringing to the table of a Cu/Au mining company? We are seeing Board changes, a new CTO, a new COO - when do we see the fruits of these changes in terms of strategic impact?
