Have you all forgotten there is this thing called Native Title, and carrying out mining operations needs to be done with the agreement of traditional owners? This reality has caused trouble before. I would have thought that having someone of Noel Pearson's stature on the board has great potential for real benefits to FMG. I haven't checked on his knowledge of the mining industry, maybe he can bring something to the table.
The opening post has been removed because it was discriminatory. Racism is unacceptable. In this case it has the potential to cost us money and affect the business very badly, but the moral cost is higher. I'd rather go broke than invest with racists. Shameful views on display today.
