Thats a pretty jaded view in my opinion. Much like Australia cant build its own submarines or planes, Mali can't do these things without international expertise.
Putting aside shareholders making money we are helping pull thousands of people out of poverty and putting them into long term work that helps them improve their lives and builds a skilled workforce.
