Great idea TR, but to duplicate the whole plant would be extreme overkill and not very cost efficient

So long as they make it ALL maintenance friendly, ie Nuts and bolts can be easily got at, room so a large enough crane can get within lifting range of heavy items and reduce the inventory of Pumps, Motors, conveyor rollers etc by commonly sizing as many as possible, then unplanned downtime should not be a major problem.
From the look of it, there is no need to build an overly compact plant. A few extra dollars spent in cables, pipe and belting to open up access is well worth spending when you need to get a crane in to lift the Mill or crusher ~ I know of one mine in the Philippines that had to get in a 300t crane from Singapore, to lift a 60t ball mill ! They had built the plant so tight that they could not get a smaller unit close enough to do the lift. Little things like that really piss the Operations manager off !
Anyhow that is but one reason why I am glad to see Paradigm engaged so early,
