    I think after the UN sanctions were lifted they put the power solution out to tender again
    And I believe the reduction in cost from various providers was considerable
    The announcement says it came in at a reduced cost than estimated in the FEED
    By however many millions...maybe we will never know, but I’m guessing a substantial reduction
