No idea, management saw better value in the development of battery tech and synthetic graphite which Novonix is producing now.
It will just sit there until the company wants to sell, JV or development if demand for natural graphite makes it viable.
Its a high grade deposit at shallow depth, next to a major highway.
A lot of the lease hasn't even been drilled out yet, so there is possible chance of a very large asset there.
Personally, the current direction is where the money is at for the foreseeable future.
