    "Triton Minerals  Ltd  (ASX:  TON) (Triton  or  the  Company)  is pleased  to  announce,  following a  competitive  tender process,  the  appointment of  Lycopodium  ADP  Pty  Limited  (LADP)  as PMC  for  implementation  of  the Company’s 100% owned  flagship  high-grade,  large  flake  Ancuabe  Graphite  Project  (Project)  in  Cabo  Delgado,  Mozambique."

    My bold, but did TON buy 100% of Grafex when I wasn't watching? Thought Grafex owned 100% of the graphite and TON owned 80% of Grafex...
